..as i’ve said before, it was worth getting bruised..
..took this while i was down by Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach.. there was a spot that looked very, very promising, but before reaching that, i had to traverse through the beach, and up some slippery rocks with some waves crashing up because of high tide while wearing flip flops and lugging several pounds of gear.. well, that didn’t end well, i ended up missing a step and slipped.. my cam was spared, but my shin & knee wasn’t.. at least i got some good ones.. lol.. i’ll try returning for some more shots later..
..if you take a look at the upper right frame of yesterday’s post, you’d notice that this is how it looks like up close..
..this was where i was stalking the humming bird i shot a few posts back..
..when not flitting around from flower to flower, the humming bird just hangs around and chills..
..when you started shooting, you must’ve seen some stunning images of hummingbirds and wanted to capture one yourself.. but if there aren’t any of them around you, well, tough luck.. or if there were, chances are, you don’t have the right lens on, or were too late pressing the shutter.. because they’re really FAST! ..well, it definitely wasn’t easy shooting this hummingbird, but i’m glad i got a decent shot..
